Tribal consultation. The APE intersects sovereign tribal land(s): Fort McDowell Yavapai Nation; Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community. Concurrent consultation with the appropriate Tribal Historic Preservation Officer(s) is required under 36 CFR 800.2(c)(2)(ii).

Flood hazard. The APE intersects FEMA flood zone(s) X.

Identified historic properties. The following NRHP-listed or eligible properties lie within or adjacent to the APE:

Determination. Based on the foregoing, SHPO concurs with a finding of NO ADVERSE EFFECT pursuant to 36 CFR 800.5.

This determination is non-final until concurrence is received from all consulting parties. Should the scope of the undertaking change, please resubmit for re-review per 36 CFR 800.13.
