Tribal consultation. The APE intersects sovereign tribal land(s): Tonto Apache Tribe Off-Reservation Trust Land. Concurrent consultation with the appropriate Tribal Historic Preservation Officer(s) is required under 36 CFR 800.2(c)(2)(ii).

Identified historic properties. No NRHP-listed properties were identified within the APE based on the submitted documentation and our current geospatial data.

Determination. Based on the foregoing, SHPO concurs with a finding of NO ADVERSE EFFECT pursuant to 36 CFR 800.5.
