Area of Potential Effects (APE). The APE includes a polygon of approximately 103.79 km² centered at 32.9086°, -110.9644° in Pinal County, Arizona.
Federal nexus. The APE intersects the following surface management jurisdictions: State Trust Land (State); Bureau of Land Mgmt. (BLM).
Flood hazard. The APE intersects FEMA flood zone(s) X.
Identified historic properties. No NRHP-listed properties were identified within the APE based on the submitted documentation and our current geospatial data.
ADOT historic / scenic route(s). Tucson to Oracle Junction to Globe Highway and Show Low to Holbrook; Winkelman to Superior.
Determination. Based on the foregoing, SHPO concurs with a finding of NO ADVERSE EFFECT pursuant to 36 CFR 800.5.
This determination is non-final until concurrence is received from all consulting parties. Should the scope of the undertaking change, please resubmit for re-review per 36 CFR 800.13.
