Area of Potential Effects (APE). The APE includes a polygon of approximately 102.14 km² centered at 34.2934°, -110.0593° in Pinal County, Arizona.
Federal nexus. The APE intersects the following surface management jurisdictions: Private Land (Private); State Trust Land (State); Apache-Sitgreaves N.F (USFS).
Flood hazard. The APE intersects FEMA flood zone(s) X.
Identified historic properties. The following NRHP-listed or eligible properties lie within or adjacent to the APE:
- Ellsworth, Abner, House (NRIS 97000368) — 5.10 km from APE centroid.
ADOT historic / scenic route(s). Holbrook to Springerville to Alpine to State Line Highway; Payson to Show Low Highway and Show Low to McNary to Eagar; Quartzsite to Wickenburg to Phoenix to Globe to Show Low to Springerville; Tucson to Oracle Junction to Globe Highway and Show Low to Holbrook.
Determination. Based on the foregoing, SHPO concurs with a finding of NO ADVERSE EFFECT pursuant to 36 CFR 800.5.
This determination is non-final until concurrence is received from all consulting parties. Should the scope of the undertaking change, please resubmit for re-review per 36 CFR 800.13.
